A new Online Banking experience is here!
In an effort to better serve our customers/members, TNConnect has upgraded Online Banking.
The new Online Banking will offer a great new look that makes online banking more intuitive than ever, as well as many new features and capabilities that make banking with us that much better.
Please review the important information below.
Log-In Process
Our log-in process will remain the same. However, both the Username and Password fields will be available on the TNConnect home page. Simply login using your existing credentials. If you do not see both the Username and Password fields refresh your browser.
System Details
All of your transaction history, payee information and scheduled payments will carry over to the new system. You will want to consider checking that all account details, personal information and any preferences that were transferred over are accurate, including all Bill Pay payee and schedule payment information.

The streamlined homepage gives you an at-a-glance view of all your account balances, a list of upcoming bills, and quick access to transfer funds, pay bills and more. Plus, with one-click, you can access detailed information and several great features such as alerts and stop payments for each of your accounts.
Move Your Money
Transfer funds simply by dragging one account to another. Just fill in the amount to transfer, the date, and you’re done! Set up a scheduled transfer to move money on a regular basis, or transfer funds to accounts at other financial institutions.
Monitor Your Accounts & Credit
Your credit score is one of the most important aspects of your financial life. You can now view your credit score and access tools that will help you manage it right from Online Banking. Alerts are a simple way to monitor your accounts in real-time. Choose to receive notifications when certain account events occur to keep you informed.
Seamless Integration
Whether you’re home, running errands, or on a vacation, you can access every tool using your computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Everything you need, wherever you are.
