Scholarship Application Step 1 of 9 11% Scholarship Application Requirements Thank you for your interest in tnConnect’s Scholarship Program. Please read this page carefully. You will be asked to sign your application stating that you have read and understood this information. If you have questions, please contact tnConnect. To be considered, your application must be signed. Criteria Any high school senior who is a tnConnect member and is going into any area of study at a 2 or 4-year college or a technical college may apply for the $1000 scholarship. Eligibility Policy The applicant must have a savings account, checking account, and debit card with his/her name as the primary member at tnConnect by December 30, 2024. Selection criteria may include, but are not limited to: GPA, extra-curricular and/or community involvement, career goals, and written skills. Completed application, teacher evaluations and transcript must be received at a tnConnect office by the close of business on February 7, 2025. All information given on the application must be true. Winners of the scholarship will be notified by phone. In order to receive the scholarship, the applicant must be a full-time student and submit the class schedule for the first semester in school. Decisions of the tnConnect Scholarship Committee are final. Completing the tnConnect Scholarship Application Verify that you, the applicant, have a savings account, checking account, and debit card with your name as the primary member. Read through all instructions before filling out any forms. Answer all questions. Do not use acronyms.
